Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics - Marketing Plan and execution for both Above the Line, Below the Line & Digital Marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in brand management & marketing; with experience in Leading a team.
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
- Fluent in English are mandatory.
