About the department
This position is part of the GLP-1 and Insulin team at Novo Nordisk Indonesia, which is comprised of highly driven individuals passionate about changing the landscape of diabetes and obesity management. We work closely with internal stakeholders to educate our customers on our products and related disease areas. Our focus is on execution, leadership, trust, and accountability. We strive to be a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. This position is based in Jakarta, and will report to the Business Unit Director.
The position
As a Brand Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing brand strategies that align with our business objectives. Your role will involve setting ambitious sales expectations based on thorough market analysis and insights while guiding the brand team to navigate and respond to market challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing brand strategies for specific products, ensuring a thorough understanding of opportunities, threats, and key risks for the brand and Novo Nordisk Indonesia. Establishing solid sales expectations based on market trends, insights, and future strategy impacts. Led the brand team, continuously monitoring the market landscape, and implementing appropriate measures. Collaborating with relevant departments and stakeholders throughout campaign development, ensuring alignment between marketing activities and business strategies. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Medical, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. A proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
