We develop and formulate high-quality beauty products that support the local Indonesian market, including Perfect White, Kymm Skin, Jill Skin, BLS, By Beautyfirst, and Skin Academy.
**Role Description**

As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the beauty category to drive consumer-led growth, guided by marketing plans and execution aligned with consumer preferences to boost sales within the category.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the regular development and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and
- competitor activity within the category.
- Build an Integrated Commercial Plan, leveraging insights from market analysis.
- Develop and execute the marketing calendar for the skincare business across different formats and channels, ensuring seamless activation execution.
- Lead and monitor business activities weekly and monthly to track performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for brand extensions and drive growth initiatives for existing variants.
- Monitor market and consumer trends

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand-building marketing (prior experience in the FMCG industry or a skincare company will be preferred).
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams with an open approach to connecting with consumers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and in presentations.
- Demonstrate leadership and support the development of your team, including communication partners and third-party collaborators.
- Creative and solution-oriented.
- Experience in developing new brands.
