**Location**:Indonesia, fully remote
- Work closely with your direct supervisor and design team to create and execute social media plans monthly (Instagram,Twitter, TikTok and more). Be in charge of content creation and monitor postings across communication channels, interact with followers and potential customers on a daily basis by answering questions & seeding on social media.
- Assist direct supervisor to prepare, monitor and report influencers campaign to meet monthly goals (KPIs).
- Assist direct supervisor to develop good relations with media, journalists, and influencers/KOLs.
- Work closely with direct supervisor, in-house team, freelancers, and agencies (advertising, market research, PR) to prepare and implement brand marketing plans.
- Propose initiatives and brainstorm ideas to increase brand reputation and market share.
- Measure and report performance of all the work & campaigns against goals (KPIs).
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication or brand marketing.
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends, technologies, tools and methodologies in brand, influencer marketing or social media in the market.
- Have a good understanding and knowledge about the digital/social media/influencer landscape and the algorithm works.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to translate creative ideas into action with a clear return on investment (ROI).
- Having experience in the Education industry would be a plus.
- Have good English communication and creative skills.
- Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity.
- Have a positive can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail, always be proactive going beyond the call of duty.
- Familiar with collaborative design tools (Canva, photoshop).

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
