**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- This Brand Manager position can also be intended for those of you who are looking for the position: Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Marketing Communications Manager
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, sales, creative, production, etc
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Make important business decisions to ensure campaigns align with the company's vision and direction
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, business or related field
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
- Having background from Ecommerce or Marketplace industry is more preferred
**Salary**: From Rp15,000,000 per month
