As the Brand Marketing Manager at GoMart, you'll spearhead key strategic initiatives to elevate brand awareness and drive growth through innovative campaigns and effective communication. In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll face the challenges of staying ahead in a competitive market, adapting to evolving consumer trends, and managing rapid delivery demands. You will be responsible for shaping the brand's identity, launching impactful campaigns, and driving customer acquisition. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing brand positioning, increasing customer loyalty, and supporting GoMart's overall business expansion within the first three to six months.
\n What Will You DoDevelop and implement brand strategies to increase GoMart's market visibility in Indonesia.Plan and oversee full-scale marketing campaigns focused on macro, micro moments, and specific use cases related.Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to refine brand positioning.Work closely with digital, CRM, and partnership marketing teams to customize campaigns and communications to align with the unique dynamics of each channel.Work closely with merchandising and business units to ensure brand efforts align with overall business objectives.Oversee and strategize social media and KOL strategies to boost brand engagement and increase awareness.Coordinate with external agencies for creative execution and campaign development.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, focusing on key KPIs. What Will You Need5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within quick commerce/e-commerce/FMCG industriesIn-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, especially in the FMCG/quick commerce spaceDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.In-depth knowledge about brand & marketing measurement metrics (BHT, TOM, Sp. awareness etc)Strong story-telling capabilities that are able to translate business & marketing strategy into captivating narrative.Adaptable and able to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with shifting priorities.Familiarity with Media buying, CRM, social media, and influencer strategies.Knowledge & familiarity about FMCG will be a huge plus
