*Job Descriptions:*
- Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with each brand's vision and goals as well as the overarching branding.
- Identify, research, and understand customer preferences, market trends, and consumer behavior to develop effective branding campaigns.
- Lead and collaborate with teams from various divisions in the execution of marketing campaigns across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, digital and print advertising, events/activation marketing, and sales programs.
- Create advertising plan on search engines, social media as well as traditional media to reach marketing goals, distribute available budget effectively.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, making necessary changes or improvements to ensure their success.
Actively improving the effectiveness of campaigns based on ongoing results.
- Take responsible and motivates the team to reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales, rounds and revenue goals.
Delegate and evaluate team's performance based on their process and results.
- Quickly respond to customer issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance brand experiences.
Working with other departments to eliminate customer pain points.
*Qualifications:*
1.
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields; Marketing, Business and Business Administration, Communication, Education, Advertising, Management, Public Relations or Master of Business Administration/MBA.
2.
More than 3 years of experience in marketing field, preferably in F&B.
3.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics with willingness to continue learning.
4.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience of managing team.
5.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
