**Job Title: Brand Marketing Strategist**

**Reports To: Marketing Manager**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to formulate and execute comprehensive strategies and campaigns across owned-media channels, offline events, and marketing partnerships to drive the most effective and efficient performance results.
- Collaborate within a dynamic environment across cross-functional teams, including creative marketing, marketing communication, and the social media team to maintain brand consistency.
- Lead Cove's property onboarding process for marketing purposes, including but not limited to conducting property due diligence, collaborating with external and internal parties for property photoshoot sessions, managing the property's image assets, detailing building facilities and room typology, and crafting page descriptions for the launch of the property page on the website.
- Drive impactful brand awareness and engagement through innovative content, collaborating with cross-departmental teams on concept development, project delegation and liaison, and performance optimization across all marketing placements towards external marketing partnership activities.
- Contribute to below-the-line marketing activities, ensuring the ideal customer journey and brand message across newsletters, online review platforms, and offline promotional tools.
- Conduct marketing surveys to assist the team define customer insights for meaningful comprehension for marketing purposes.
- Conduct marketing performance report to bringing comprehensive insights, best practices, and actionable items.
**Experience and Qualifications Required**:
- Bachelor's degree from all majors. Preferably more than 2 years experience in Brand, Marketing, and/or Communications related in hotel, real estate, and/or start-up company
- Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Strategist, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with analytic platforms
- Proactive and a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently
- Strong brand storytelling, content and copy writing skill and/or experience
- Good sense of visual designs
- Outstanding analytical with strong sense of ownership in project management, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking excellence
- Strong understanding of customer journey and digital & offline marketing platforms
- Native in Bahasa Indonesia; Fluent in English both verbal and written
