Branding & Marketing Manager (Medan)

**Job Responsibility**:- Create work plan, develop, analyze, and evaluate marketing division programme- Develop research designs related to market trends, competitors, and customer satisfaction- Maintain Brand Position, Brand Activation, Digital Marketing Activities, Marketing Strategies, & Creative Development- Build good relationships with media and other influencing parties- Supervise work activities, provide advice on problems faced by subordinates, and evaluate subordinates performance**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Comunication / Public Relation / Business Administration study program from reputable universities- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Branding Marketing Manager- Having extensive network and familiar with social media and social media management tools- Excellent communications skills, with strong ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in structured- Proactive, dynamic, target oriented, good team player & good leadership- Fluent in witten and verbal English & Bahasa- Willing to be placed in Chicken Holic Citraland Gama City (Medan)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Rp10,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Medan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Language**:- English or any other language (required)
