Brewing Technician

Brewing Technician is to perform operation within area of specialization brew house ( Wort production, Cellar & Fermentation, Beer Filtration / Centrifuge & BBT, Soft drink process ), handling only 2 area in order to achieve production target within cost, time, quantity, quality, environment and legal standard.
**Responsibilities**:

- Safety & Health implementation
- Realization of production output in quantity and quality
- High reliability and availability of production machines and supporting equipment
- Process control standard implementation
- Production Material Availability
- Shop floor excellence
- Clean and hygiene working environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree with field of education: Chemical, food technology, microbiology, pharmacy, engineering
- Minimum working experience: 1 year
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work in shift
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery
