**Job Descriptions**:

- Gathering data from various sources including spreadsheets, databases and more.
- Clean and transform the data to ensure its quality and accuracy.
- Processing, designing, and presenting data in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
- Create and maintain databases, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare final analysis reports for relevant stakeholders to understand the steps of data-analysis for further decision making.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Statistic/Applied Mathematics.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in data analyst and reporting preferably from real estate industry.
- Strong skills using tools: Ms. Excel (Advance), Ms. Power Point, Ms. Power BI, etc
- Experiences in using SQL and Python professionally.
- Process Improvement & Reporting Skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and self-initiative.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work across departments.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
