To prepare, manage and control budget especially General Expenses, Others Sales Compensation and Escrow Account and support Business trip and others for all Bancassurance Channel, Micro Insurance Business and Pension include sales disbursement for payment process.
**Job Descriptions**
- Sales Budget Control: Prepare, manage, control all of Bancassurance expenses so that no over budget, effective and efficient.
- Disbursement Request Process: Checking and verification and make sure all support activities are in line with company and government guidelines and regulation and make sure no audit findings in high risk categories.
- Business Trip Process: Manage, control and approve ticketing and acommodation process by system base on company regulation
- Reporting: Provide, manage, control GE, OSC, Escrow account, accrual contest and credit life report
- Others service process related: Manage, control for all transaction about IT, procurement, legal and compliance related.
**Job Requirements**
- Have strong experience in sales budget control and finance accounting regarding Bancassurance's Team Expense.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Diploma/University degree especially Finance Accounting/Business Mgt.
