**Responsibilities**:
Budget & Expense Monitoring
- Assessing business cases and cost for strategic initiatives and supporting prioritization of initiatives and spending.
- To maintain good monitoring and control of expenses, tracking and follow up are available for overrun expenses.
- Follow up to user for any ad hoc request related to the budget and spending.
- Challenge and review any request of quarterly BAU and activities (ad hoc) spending from departments.
- Maintain project approval for both system and list.
- Provide budget spending scheduler from Coupa to user.
- Responsible for monitoring budget upload, remaining budget usage in Coupa system.
Finance Projects and Procurement Management
- Lead and involve in finance transformation projects.
- Monitor and track the vendor contract process to ensure proper and on time vendor onboarding into system.
- Managing the policy, government process, and setup of Procurement Management in the Coupa system and documenting the policy and system setup
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, and now is at assistant manager or supervisor level.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Big Accounting Firm, and /or Accounting, and / or Budget and Expense Management.
- Advance skill on Microsoft excel and power point
- Good analytical thinking and high attention to details
- Working experience in Life insurance and knowledge in Power BI reporting is added value
- Having knowledge in accounting, especially insurance industry
- Ability to write and speak in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
