Building Drafter

**Location**:JakartaJakarta**Work Type**:Full Time- Able to use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software- Has experience with computer drawing software- Draws plan for foundations, building and structuresPERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese Construction company in finding great talent as Building Drafter with requirements as follows:Working location : Jakarta and Bandung (Site)**Responsibilities**:- Organizes structural, electrical, and mechanical designs.- Draws plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on instructions provided by engineers and architects.- Visits jobsites to gather data needed to complete designs.- Determines the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered.- Working with an architect, generates costs estimates, contracts, and other documents required for individual projects.- Performs other duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Has 3 years working experience with computer drawing software, especially (3D draft soft).- At least experienced as Building structure drafter for 1 year.- Has strong ability and knowledge in using 3D draft soft.- Good communication in English both oral and written- Willing to be placed to the Site (Jakarta or Bandung).**Reference Number**:542648**Contact Details**:**Profession**:Engineering > Drafter**Company**:PERSOLKELLY Indonesia
