Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head

**Job Descriptions**:

- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, civil) in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issue, developing preventive/predicative maintenance programs
- Prepare annual budget for building maintenance, repairs and capital improvements, Inspects facilities and work/lease areas to eliminate deiciencies and coordinate with technicians to identify and resolve issues

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Building Maintenance Manager in shopping center/mall or office building, Solid understanding pf technical aspects of mechanical, electrical, & civil
- Able to analyze data and make preventive improvement of job programs and building maintenance
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, AutoCAD)
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
- Willing to be placed in SML Plaza Medan
