**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform correspondence process to related parties.
- Perform administrative tasks, prepare reports, process requests for goods / materials in a timely manner.
- Perform the archive process (filing), distribution of all existing documents.
- Coordinate activities, arranging/scheduling meetings, receiving guests, submitting complaints to related parties to be handled.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or related major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Administration.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
