Their vision is to become world class company that grows with society and is the pride of our country and to create continuous growth in the natural resources based industry that adds value to all stakeholders through good governance.Job Responsibilities:- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures- Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements- Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments- Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors- Handle insurance contracts- In charge to take care of the whole building Parking and Cafetaria area as well- Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocolKey Requirements:- Min 10 years in Building Management both for soft and hard services- At least 5 years at a managerial level with proven experience leading, growing and developing a team- Strong in Technical, Lift, System Operations- Experienced in Handle a well known buildingCall for Action
