Building Manager - Hotel

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
- Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
- Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments
- Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
- Handle insurance contracts
- In charge to take care of the whole building Parking and Cafetaria area as well
- Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol

Key Requirements:

- Min 10 years in Building Management both for soft and hard services
- At least 5 years at a managerial level with proven experience leading, growing and developing a team
- Strong in Technical, Lift, System Operations
- Experienced in Handle a well known building
