Building Manager - Property Management - Tangerang

Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or any other relevant fields.

Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in Property Management Service for Middle to High Rise Residential.

Strong MEP engineering knowledge.
Good communication skills, including good command of English (business level).

Good personal and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on weekend if necessary.

Tanggung Jawab

Responsible for overseeing the works of all BMs to handle the building's Quality and Maintenance, Finance, Admin & Human Resource and Tenant Relationship.

Giving strategy and planning related with BM activities.

Managing all divisions under BM on one vision, mission and achievement.

Managing cost and services for building property, project and maintenance (all Projects and Head office buildings).

Evaluating services, quality control and cost of all BMs.

Managing vendor's competencies, capability and quality based on their contractual obligation of the projects and timely (vendor management).

Reporting progress of Building and Facility Management project initiatives, project goals and achievement to management.

Managing optimization process and manpower to support company goals in effective way.

Managing data project and building management of Head Office and projects.

Managing special project from management in timely, effective and best quality.

Evaluating Standard Operation Procedure and updated.
