Business Advisory Junior Associate

Participate in the assigned projects by conducting research and collecting data to obtain a deep understanding of client business.
- Perform initial assessment and benchmark analysis for newly assigned projects
- Assist in the analysis and mapping process of business and investment requirements.
- Prepare high-quality work products for clients and other related parties promptly
- Analyze consumer and competitor behavior of client business.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, International Business, or any relevant studies
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing. (an additional fluency in Japanese will be highly preferred).
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of diverse business areas including but not limited to investment procedures, business process modeling, etc.
- Proficient in data analysis
- High Attention to detail with proven ability to simultaneously adjust to a changing priority
- Self-motivated to keep up with a tight deadline and to complete multiple tasks
- Stay hungry for any learning opportunity
- Works well with minimum supervision
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Brevet A&B certification will be an advantage
