**Responsibilities**:
- Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports.
Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.
- We are now looking for a (Senior) Business Analysis Manager to join our team.What you will do in your day-to-day life
- Keep a close eye on the latest gaming industry trends, including technological advancement, emerging IPs, and gameplay innovation
- Build insights for market development and competitive landscape to support impact evaluation and opportunity identification
- Perform market entry analysis based on market trends and consumer insights, develop Go-to-Market strategy
**Requirements**:
- What you will bring into the team
- Bachelor's Degree or above, MBA or master with multi-disciplinary background is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, and/or internal consulting (e.g., Business Operations, Strategy, or other equivalent functions)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, familiarity with other Southeast Asian languages or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Ability to gain a deep and accurate understanding of the gaming industry quickly
- Strong analytical skills, highly sensitive to data, proficient in Excel, SQL/tableau experience is preferred
- Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences, great team player
- Ability to effectively balance multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines with tight timelines.
Highly self-motivated, not afraid to get hands dirty to make things happen
