**Key Responsibilities**:
- Made Benchmarking capex : a while benchmark point from Sales, Margin, Rent and Cost Plan to looking for potential or realistic number which Impact to forecast our IRR and Payback Plan Number.
- Ensure Hit Rate Capex Plan - Actual Avg Sales Based.
- Ensure spending capex cost still aligned with plan or minimize
- Follow up with respective brand team - Merchandise Planner to collate data in Rolling OTB Template periodically.
- Review R-O-Y Sales and Intakes forecast submitted by all brands in rolling OTB template against the Run-Rate and report any anomalies to LM. This should be as per guidelines shared by LM.
- Assist in preparing periodic presentation - Inventory & OTB Review meeting.
- Based on the guidelines given by LM, Do Analysis of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) against Receipt of goods and highlight if any concerns on stocks position. Ensure inventory levels are in line with Company Target.
- Work with respective brand team to prepare accurate Aged inventory report. Include it in Rolling OTB template for further analysis by LM.
- Reporting Top Line Sales and Margin achievement vs Budget every month.
- Ensure Capitalized assets status for stores already open.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Project, IT and Brand for each point that have pending to be done
- Rechecking and summarize our Cash utilization report from treasury.
- Rechecking and summarize Distribution Incentive
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree (preferred in Accounting or Business Management) with GPA more than 3.00
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience at assistant manager position
- Analytical thinking & comfortable in using advance MS Office (excel and PPT in specific) & reporting tools
- Experience in retail industries (preferred)
- Self driven and must be a good team player
- Good communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- ERP Exposure and understanding (preferred)
