**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Lead, this role is based in Jakarta, where you will play a pivotal part in this hybrid role of Data Analyst and Data Engineering, championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making through data analytics solutions, whilst driving the analysis and business planning to deliver value to stakeholders. From data analytic, insight generation to data governance, you prioritise and influence data adoption across the company. Main Responsibilities:
**Data and Performance Analysis**
- Support revenue teams by providing data and build its visualisation for special projects / country strategy preparation
- Support marketing team by providing customer data and customer performance analysis
- Support merchandising team by providing accurate & reliable assortment data
- Analyse data and share actionables on weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting and on an on-going basis
- Initiate alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders for performance analysis and strategy building
- Develop user-friendly, robust and accurate data solutions efficiently
- Design, build and maintain user-friendly dashboards for performance tracking
- Coordinate on-going performance reviews (e.g. weekly, monthly and quarterly) with teams to evaluate business health, identify areas for deep-dive and ensure aligned and effective sharing of on-going business recommendations from the data team to management and business stakeholders
- Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, scenario analysis, etc Prepares, attends, minutes and keeps track of follow ups regarding performance and strategy meetings
**Data Key Person for Indonesia**
- Be the key person to collaborate closely with HQ Data team to provide performance data for ID teams
- Work closely with HQ Data Team in bringing real-world problems and converting them into data-centric issues for cross-country problem solving.
- Perform ad-hoc coding to connect external platforms (ie, from Marketplaces) into internal data warehouses.
**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:
- Open for Fresh Graduates with internship experience, with maximum 3 years of experience.
- BA/BS with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related study and 1-2 years commercial experience preferably in the retail fashion industry.
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau and Metabase
- Experience with website tracking, especially GTM and Google Analytics would be advantageous
- Strong interest and preferably direct experience with e-commerce and retail
- You enjoy working with data and all its faults, benefits and opportunities
