You showed extensive experience in identifying and defining business challenges, developing a strategic approach to evaluating performances, forecasting future trends, and presenting findings to multi-functional teams to facilitate project delivery.Join us in our mission to reimagine the financial industry in Indonesia.**What You Will Do**:- ** Analysis**, to conduct analysis and generate insight in the context of project/product performance.- ** Experimentation**, to assist in the ideation of experimentation based on the abstract concept from multi-functional teams.- ** Project Delivery**, to execute strategy internally via multi-function team from incubation to roll-out.**What You Will Need**:- Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative background or equivalent experience.- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence.- Capable of creating engaging visuals in the form of a dashboard to monitor business metrics.- Familiar with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python) and data warehousing concepts.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines and manage multiple initiatives at once.- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.- Intellectual curiosity, thoughtful communicator with the capacity of learning new knowledge.- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.**It Will be Nice if You Have**:- Familiarity with GIS tools and analysis.- Familiarity with simple web development.VH4JPo8b4f
