Parman Kav. 28, Jakarta,Indonesia 14470DESIGNATION : Business Analyst - Indonesia - MBRESPONSIBILITIES**Position Title: Business Analyst****Location: Indonesia****Role Responsibilities**:- Responsible for assessing customer issues and coming up with solutions in the form of functional requirements. Their duties include analyzing financial reports, market research and operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with company executives and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis.- Convert business requirements into smaller user stories- Write clear and well-structured functional requirements/documents- Identify automation opportunities- Communicate and validate requirements and test strategy with relevant stakeholders- Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization- Create test scripts for internal testing- Perform manual testing of the features developedQUALIFICATIONS**Required Experience**:- S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent- At least 3 years' professional experience are needed in the related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Superior presentation and negotiation skills- Strong management and organizational skills- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments- Two or more years of Business Analyst experience- Passion for solving customer problems- Self-starter- Analytical & good problem solving skills- Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
