Job Requirements:- At Least 1 year experiences in handling brand for retail or e-commerce store Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Instagram Shop etc)- Familiar with the features and operations (e-commerce Ads) and external marketing tools (Facebook CPAS, Social Media Ads, etc).- Familiar with software design (Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator)- Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.- Solid knowledge of store management, marketing and sales principles.- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Required Skill(s): sales, marketing.Job responsibilities:- Plan and design experiments to support new product development or existing product improvement.- Monitor and analyze experiment result and summarize learnings from those experiment.- Prepare presentations for key strategic meetings such as Manager and Director meetings/updates.- Conduct research or surveys that relate to new product development or existing product improvement.- Track and manage key initiatives currently being undertaken by the team.- Manage Online Sales activities through multiple e-commerce channels- Formulate effective sales and promotion strategy (including Online Ads)- Handle and analyze data of sales, inventory, and traffic from platform- Present weekly and monthly sales & analytical reports- Optimize customer experience, including online shop decoration, editing, etc, to propose optimization plans and improvement suggestions- Manage social media and run a campaign that related with the products- Collaborate tasks across all departments- Create, implement and control marketing strategies to increase product sales for all platforms / marketplace*- Collaborating with several online shop platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, Jdid, akulaku, titokshop, etc.) with the aim of increasing product sales volume- Arrange and monitor brand promotion related to platform programs- Promotion and resource planning on on-line market- Responsible for looking for breakthroughs or other interesting ideas to increase brand image and increase sales online- Manage key sales activities through multiple e-commerce channel\Formulate effective sales and promotion strategy- Handle and analyze data of sales, inventory, and traffic from platform- Present weekly and monthly analytical reports- Communicate with Relation Manager Marketplace- Collaborate tasks across all departments**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
