Business Analyst

Develop BRD, process flow, and other supporting docs as required, for projects and operations.- Identify problems and opportunities in business processes and offer technology-based solutions that can increase efficiency and productivity.- Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and Agile retrospectives to ensure projects are on schedule and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a proper understanding of business needs and ensure that the resulting solution meets expectations and requirements.- Develop business case and scenario case for UAT / SIT**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer and QC- Good documentation and MS Office skills. Able to create BRD, flow process, and other project-supporting docs.- Solid problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategies- Extensive knowledge of how to collect, organize, and evaluate market research. Experience with accurately collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets- Excellent communication skills. English is a is an advantage.- Experience with CIS / Healthcare environment process is an advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months
