Business Analyst

Brainstorm requirements a solution needs with business users.- Gain an understanding of the business processes relevant to the solution goals.- Gain an insight from the data that relevant to the business requirements.- Document processes to help refine the problem the solution is trying to solve.- Construct Digital & Analytics solution.- Present fact, data, business processes, solution and insight to the business user.- Have experience as system analyst / architect in digital transformation project for minimum 2 years.- Fluent in english both verbal and written.- Have good presentation skill.- Have deep knowledge in the field of project development life cycle (Agile or Iterative).- Understand flowchart and can design or plan information system.- Understand IT and Information System.- Good in database, flowchart and have a basic programming.- Have experience in analyzing and designing business processes using data flow diagrams and UML.- Understand Accounting System and/or ERP.- Have experiences as System Analyst / Implementer / Developer will be an advantage.- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new technology.- Good problem solving, analytical and leadership skill.- Ability to work independently or in a group.- Fresh Graduate with excellent records & achievements during bachelor study are welcome to apply."Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
