Business Analyst

Jakarta, Jakarta- Work Type: Full Time**Responsibilities**:Requirement Gathering:- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Development Teams, and end-users, to elicit and document project requirements.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information on user needs and business objectives.Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.- Process Analysis:- Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and propose solutions.- Conceptualization:- Contribute to the conceptualization of new features and product enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals.- Collaborate with Product Managers to create user stories, wireframes, and other artifacts to articulate product concepts.- Documentation:- Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.- Collaboration:- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.Quality Assurance:- Assist in the creation of test cases and collaborate with the QA team to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills- Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process analysis, and documentation.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.- Report line: Report to the PO directly
