**Job Description**:
Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Produce Functional Specification Document based on Product Backlog Refinement.
Prepare, revise, review and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation.
Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
Qualifications & experience
Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Technical Business Analyst in the banking industry.
Proficient in using JIRA to manage business requirements, identify issues, and track project progress.
Have strong knowledge in business requirements analysis and the ability to translate these requirements into clear technical specifications.
Have good communication skills to interact with SME, Product Owner, and the development team.
Have a good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
