Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions that contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Telecommunication Industry.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Pay: Rp1,000,000,000 - Rp1,500,000,000 per month
