- Junior: 2-3 years

Mid:4-5 years

Senior: mínimal 6 years

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Minimum S1 education

3. Have experience as an IT Business Analyst in medium-large scale projects in the field of life insurance/pension/group insurance/general insurance

4. Able to speak English actively and deeply in writing documents

5. Having been involved in projects involving foreign vendors is a plus

6. Experience as a system analyst and/or project manager and/or tester is a plus
