Business Analyst

Analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems solutions.
- Conduct research to identify best practices and trends in business analysis.
- Develop comprehensive business analysis documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Assist in the development of test plans and test scripts and participate in system testing.
- Provide support during system implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
