- Skillfully utilize various business intelligence tools to create documentation, reports, and dashboards, ensuring a deep understanding of customer processes, products, and how they align with the overall business goals.
- Work closely with solution architects to review and validate the technical design of

- Ability to analyze data, processes, and systems to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.
- Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Understanding of systems integration, software development life cycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure basics.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) to track project progress and manage tasks.
