Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand what different teams need to do their jobs well.
- Study how things are done to find better ways of working.
- Look at data to discover important insights for smarter decisions.
- Create ideas and solutions with teams to solve problems.
- Make clear documents explaining new solutions and processes.
- Help teams communicate by translating technical terms into simple words.
- Check if new ideas and solutions are making things better.
- Support the company during big changes or system implementations.

Job Requirements:

- Experience with conducting requirement analysis in Banking/financial Industry (min 3 years of experience in Banking Industry)
- Knowledge/experienced in Transaction Banking, Credit Origination, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Ability to do business and system impact analysis.
- Ability to defining requirement gap.
- Familiar to create business process blow with tools such as Visio, draw.io, etc.
- Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA and Conflu

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp9.000.000 per bulan

- Information Technology Analysis: 3 years (Diutamakan)
