**BUSINESS ANALYST**
**General Description**:
We are seeking a bright and self-starting individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will assist in data analysis, report generation, and providing insights to support better business decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Analyze business data, including sales, financial, operational, and others, to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
2. Compile clear and structured analytical reports to support management in decision-making.
3. Assist in short-term and long-term business planning and support in business performance projections and forecasting.
4. Communicate and collaborate with various departments within the organization to understand business needs and objectives.
5.Provide recommendations for improvements and solutions supported by data analysis to optimize business performance.
6.Overseeing the project management and ensuring that the operations meet the agreed-upon project deliverables.
7. Learning about management processes and elements and implementing them, i.e.: Training staffs, analyzing clients, analyzing financial concern, business processes, monitoring all resource, IT-based project, etc.
8. Managing with the analyst's team to diagnose and resolve mainframe issues.
9.Authoring detailed business process documents to document existing business processes and develop efficient to-be business process models with technology help.
10. Go through training to develop all skill-sets if needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. Fresh graduate to 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related role is a plus.
3. Strong analytical abilities to break down data and identify valuable business insights.
4. Good oral and written communication skills to collaborate with various departments and convey analytical findings clearly.
5. Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis software is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with mínimal supervision.
7. Ability to see the big picture and connect analysis to business strategy.
8. Eagerness to continuously learn and develop analytical skills.

Contract length: 3-12 months
**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
