The Business Development team at Bobobox will grow significantly in the year of 2021 by implementing and supporting business information systems across multiple departments. A Business Analyst has to identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business's goals, especially in the area of pipeline growth.The Business Analyst at Bobobox will report to the Business Strategy Manager. Business analyst will be expected to build market analysis, analyzing both the product compatibility, profitability, and feasibility of the businesses. This role includes doing things like maintaining a database for site acquisition process, build location classification and grading, and also build financial projections for Bobobox's next locations. Business Analyst also need to have strong knowledge to develop and maintain SOP in the internal department. Maintaining good relationships and coordinations with cross functional departments such as Finance, Legal, Architect and Site Project Team is crucial.Things you will do- Build feasibility study for new potential locations.- Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business- Defining business requirements in liaison with Business Development Associate- Create financial projection and also develop new financial arrangement / schemes with various stakeholders of the business, especially project investors.- Maintain master data and database for site acquisition process- Prepare and maintain SOP in Business Development departmentYou'll fit in this job if you- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field- At least 3-years of professional experience in Business development- Having experience as Business development / analyst in property developer or property industry will be a plus- Having experience to build market analysis and business profitability- Excellent communication skills- You are a high energy individual- You have a high business acumen skill- You are an enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, and have the ability to learn quickly- Data-centric person- You are interested in assessing business opportunities and risks"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
