**What Will You Need**:- Graduated from reputable universities (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)- Ability to do internship in minimum 6 or 12 months- Interest in marketing in general- Interest in Learning & Development and People Development- Proven history of leadership in various student organizations- Basic to intermediate skills of operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Experience in content creation and writing will be an advantage- Ability to join immediately**What You Will Do**:- Develop learning materials and methods for Master Degree and Executive Education Programs- Collaborate with lecturers team to design and conduct experiential classes - Work with multiple teams in various events (both offline online) to introduce our Master Degree and Executive Education Programs- Creatively create dan distribute insightful content marketing in social media to promote Master Degree and Executive Education Programs- Make changes in own work system or methods to improve work output quality to meet high standards- Build knowledge management by collecting data from various sources such as books, websites, or research results - Improve frameworks, illustrations, and tools on training materials with regular market updates and conceptual thinking**What You Will Get**:- Paid internship- Professional growth- Opportunity to learn from the MarkPlus learning platform- Unlimited networking
