**What Will You Need**:

- Graduated from reputable universities (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
- Ability to do internship in minimum 6 or 12 months
- Interest in marketing in general
- Interest in Learning & Development and People Development
- Proven history of leadership in various student organizations
- Basic to intermediate skills of operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in content creation and writing will be an advantage
- Ability to join immediately

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop learning materials and methods for Master Degree and Executive Education Programs
- Collaborate with lecturers team to design and conduct experiential classes - Work with multiple teams in various events (both offline online) to introduce our Master Degree and Executive Education Programs
- Creatively create dan distribute insightful content marketing in social media to promote Master Degree and Executive Education Programs
- Make changes in own work system or methods to improve work output quality to meet high standards
- Build knowledge management by collecting data from various sources such as books, websites, or research results - Improve frameworks, illustrations, and tools on training materials with regular market updates and conceptual thinking
