Business Analyst (Jc)

Identify, manage risks and bridges the gap between the business client and technical team.
- To create the comparation between "as it is" model and "to be" model.
- To analyze processes and data to identify gaps or perform process or data mapping.
- To create functional specifications and documented requirements.
- To define "how" a system will do the "what".
- Will be working closely with the technical team.
- Will be working and involved in functional design.
- Will be provide solutions to business process problems at customers.
- Bachelor's degree majoring in IT.
- Minimum has 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Experience creating SRS or BRD.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill.
- Experience creating documentation relating Business Process.
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
- Have a desire to learn new IT Technology.
- Experience to produce FSD documents, Technical Documents
- Having experience in handling banking (willing to handle client banking).
