About the Role As the Business Analyst Lead, you will tackle high-impact projects within the COO team, engaging in in-depth analysis, driving data-driven insights, and shaping strategies to deliver impact across the organization. Your role will be liaising with business and product stakeholders and managing the project timeline, ensuring timely deliverables within your team.
\n What you will doCollaborate with the HoldCo COO team and business unit leaders to define and refine Hold Co OKRs and initiatives.Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Facilitate regular meetings to review progress and discuss performance improvement strategies.Execute cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability across business units.Manage a stream of strategic priority projects - such as Business Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Market Insights, and/or Transformation Office What you will needBachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar roleStrong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data tools and techniques, presentations, and spreadsheets is a must.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving results and delivering on commitments.Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
