**Business Analyst - Medical Assistance**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare, business analysis, or data analysis role preferred.
- Internships or relevant academic projects in healthcare or business analysis are valuable.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in data analysis with basic to intermediate skills in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous.
- Exposure to business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., flowcharts, data modeling, requirements gathering techniques).
**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:
- Ability to think critically and identify trends and patterns in data.
- Basic problem-solving skills to contribute to solutions for business challenges.
**Communication Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interactions.

- Help prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations based on data analysis for stakeholders.
- Assist in generating clear and informative visual representations of data trends and findings.
- Provide research and analysis support to senior analysts in conducting in-depth studies and projects.
- Assist in documenting business processes and requirements to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating project logistics.
