- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSEmedia team.

**Skills**:
- Expertise in creating and describing different types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements, etc.)
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe)
- Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence / enhance them
- Ability to effectively guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management, etc.)
- Expertise in project/product scope management, scope creep control
- Ability to accurately assess project/business analysis risks
- Experience in BA efforts estimation (including large-scale projects), modeling and prototyping
- Advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (ClickUp, Jira, Target Process, Rally, etc.)
- Knowledge and ability to use BMPN modeling
- Ability to work in Figma and build prototypes
- Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is a plus
- Certification in business analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification**_ (desirable)_**:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- English Level: B2+
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Experience with RnD projects, understanding of the complexities and processes of developing these solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Good experience with cloud platforms.
- Experience with planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget, especially in the context of complex IT projects.
- Experience with big data technologies and tools.
- Experience with AI and DE principles and practices.
- Experience with web and mobile development methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both written and oral forms.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Effective problem-solver, with great analytical skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Write and maintain business requirements documents, system design documents, and other technical documentation.
- Through expert knowledge translate high-level business requirements into data models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards.
- Understand and analyze business requirements (based on various IT data).
- Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, as well as in the field of business analysis.
- Develop and implement data analysis and reporting solutions using present information.
- Design and develop solutions using appropriate BI/Reporting tools in support of stakeholder requirements.
- Diagnose, continually improve, and maintain the current ecosystem and optimize and enhance existing reports & dashboards.
- Participate from time to time in the supplier selection process, evaluating the usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.
- Be involved in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions.
- Be involved in end-to-end data life cycle management activities.
- Be involved in communication with external technical vendors when needed.
