**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices in alignment with AIA ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize ESG-related business requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's insurance products, processes, and systems.
- Gather and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to align with ESG goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, risk management, and IT to implement ESG initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ESG metrics, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ESG strategies and initiatives, and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance ESG awareness and understanding across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging practices related to ESG and insurance.

**Salary**: Rp26,427,040 - Rp39,640,560 per month

**Experience**:

- BA: 5 years (required)
- Insurance industry: 4 years (required)
- ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance): 3 years (required)
- insurance products and risk assessment: 3 years (required)
