What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related role. Proven track record of driving business growth and product development in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with internal teams, partners, and clients. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and market alignment. Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to guide product and business strategies. Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Lean. Understanding of technology trends in education and how they can be leveraged to create innovative products.
