Persyaratan
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, orrelated field.

Min. 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills in business processes.

Have good knowledge with ERP and Business Architecture.

Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).

Familiarity with visual modeling and design tools (e.g., Sparx System).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate.

Having Togaf, Babok, Sparx System/Bizagi Modeler Certified is a plus. Tanggung Jawab

Define business principles in the organization.
Mapping the main and supporting functions of the organization.
Identify government and organizational standards and regulations.
Identify actors in the organization.
Design and Conducting Business Process Modeling with BPMN Standards.
Mapping Dependency Matrix between Entities.
Evaluate and Analyze Business Process Simulation through Process
Validation, Time Analysis, and Resource Analysis.
Recommend business process improvement.
Review, Finalize and Deliver the Design of Business Architecture to stakeholders.
