Business Captain - Retail Lending Business

Oversee the business and set long-term targets and strategies to achieve these targets.

Manage portfolio and channel management.

Planning and designing product as solutions for customers

Monitoring of and reporting on product performance.

Coordinate with Scrum Master / Agile Coach to ensure improvement on team productivity.

Coordinate with other respective units / partners to ensure product delivery.

Ensure personal development of PO under his/her supervision (values, attitude & behavior, knowledge, technical skills and soft competencies)

**Minimum education**: Bachelor's Degree (S1)

In particular, at least 5-7 years' experience in the design, monitoring and delivery of digital / mobile app solution

Minimum 5 years experiences of direct management of teams of at least 3 members

Deep understanding and experienced in Agile Scrum methodology
