Business Data Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights from Marketplace.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the operations and audit department.
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy of reports.
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of reports.
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
- Support various departments in reaching their goals through data capture and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
