We are now looking for a **Business Data Analyst** who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve overall performance by creating reports and delivering ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders. The Business Data Analyst will be working closely with different areas of the business to inform decision-making, drive growth, and improve efficiency within the organization.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

Collecting data**: You will be providing data from various sources to stakeholders based on requirements.
- ** Analyzing data**: You will be responsible for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- ** Delivering business insights**: Based on your analysis, you will create reports that summarize your findings clearly and concisely.
- ** Reporting Design Modeling**: Participate in designing and developing Business Intelligence platforms and reporting.
- ** Collaborating with other teams**: You will need to collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, finance, operations, and product, to understand their data needs and provide them with insights.
- ** Identify system and process improvement opportunities**: Communicate details and collaborate with the Business Analysis team to design solutions on a pro-active, self-directed basis.
- ** Change management**: Be an agent of change, ability to initiate and adapt to change. You should provide solutions to address business transformation, strategic alignment, technology implementation and culture change. Incorporate risk mitigation planning/execution.

- ** Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
