As a Business Development & Account Management Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry. This internship is designed for individuals with a passion for business development, client relations, and a desire to learn and grow in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Development Support**:

- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to expand our client base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- ** Client Acquisition Assistance**:

- Support the team in researching and identifying potential clients.
- Assist in preparing materials for client presentations and communications.
- ** Account Management Assistance**:

- Aid in maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of exceptional service.
- ** Learning and Development**:

- Receive training on recruitment processes and industry dynamics.
- Gain exposure to strategic planning and account management principles.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduates holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interest in business development, client relations, and recruitment.
- Possesses strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to take on new challenges.
- Willing to work full-time in the office in South Jakarta.
